When we first began considering buying a new home we were inundated with horror stories about builders from friends and associates. We visited a couple of builders and preferred some of them.  When we then visited Mint Homes, we were much more confident and excited about building our home.  Mint Homes took the time to understand what we wanted and what our expectations were.  The most significant difference between Mint Homes and other builders that we met with was Mint Homes' ability to make suggestions on items that we had not even thought about for our home.  The entire experience from beginning to end exceeded our expectations.

 We can not thank the staff of courteous, helpful and professional individuals at Mint Homes enough.  Especially Mr. Mark who is the head designer of Mint Homes.  Mr. Mark was very responsive during the building process and took time to answer all questions or explain any part of the process if asked. He was always helpful and came up with many creative ideas that allowed our home to feel truly ‘custom’ for us.  Thank You Mark!

To Mint Home Builders,

When I began the investigation with transferring to Houston from Utah, I searched many builder websites. Your website was the most helpful with floorplans and homes available. Your 360 tours are impressive. After finding a floorplan that I liked on your website, then I set up an appointment to see the home.

Your staff was friendly when I met them and made a great first impression. Then I got to see the home… WOW! The floorplan was just what I was looking for. The extras like ceramic tile, rounded corners, two tone paint for the walls and ceiling, beautiful carpet, quality construction and landscaped front yard really sold me on the house. I was impressed and really loved what I saw.

As you know I was on a time constraint and needed to relocate within 3 weeks. You got me in the right direction with your mortgage folks at Chase. You got the house ready to move and between the work of you folks at Mint Homes, and the folks at Chase we were able to meet my deadline with my transfer from Utah within the 3 weeks.

Having been here now for several months, I want you to know I appreciate the speed in which you have taken to address my service issues. I also want to give a BIG Thank You in helping me be able to make the move from Utah so quickly and successfully. I really love my HOME.

Dear Rufi,

I wanted you to know how much I enjoy my Mint Home.  As you know, I was one of the first to purchase a Mint Home back in 1999 and I am pleased and feel comfort in knowing that I made a good investment.

One of the perks of purchasing a Mint Home for me were the many choices that were made available which added that extra touch to make my house feel like home. For example, the assortment of colors I chose for my four bedrooms, choice of ceiling fans upstairs and the chandelier in the foyer.  Not to mention the ceramic tile for the counters and the floor in my kitchen. As a result I have a custom home without the custom home price.
