The Klein Arbor subdivision is currently under construction and will represent the newest neighborhood within our community to be built by Mint Homes.
Klein Arbor will be a gated subdivision comprised of 123 single family home sites, currently featuring 9 plans ranging between 1480-3000 square feet. The neighborhood will have a park / playground area adjacent to the entry.
Our Klein Arbor homes will be built to two different feature series specifications - the designer series homes are our entry-level product, while the classic series homes will feature a comprehensive package of our most popular upgrades. All classic series features not present in the designer series may be added as individual upgrades.
While we are still in the midst of design, development and construction - the floorplans, elevations and rough pricing are posted here to offer a glimpse of our newest development.
